A Freelance HR Consultant. I’ve done my Masters in International Human Resource Management from Coventry University, UK. As a freelance consultant my prime aim is to help companies (startups included) smoothly set up their HR Department, which includes Setting up policies, Creating an Employee Handbook, Drafting Letters, Training Employees , Learning & Development etc. My main motto is to tailor solutions to cater to each client objectives specifically & strive to deliver more than their set expectations.
